2019年2月12日，美國國際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)（ITC）投票決定對(duì)特定皮卡車折疊蓋板（Certain Pickup Truck Folding Bed Cover Systems andComponents Thereof）啟動(dòng)337調(diào)查（調(diào)查編碼：337-TA-1143）。

　　2018年12月7日，美國Extang Corporation of Ann Arbor, Michigan、美國Laurmark Enterprises,Inc. of Ann Arbor, Michigan向美國ITC提出337立案調(diào)查申請(qǐng)，主張對(duì)美出口、在美進(jìn)口和在美銷售的該產(chǎn)品侵犯了其專利權(quán)（美國注冊(cè)專利號(hào)D620,877、7,188,888、7,484,788、8,061,758 、8,182,021、8,690,224、注冊(cè)商標(biāo)號(hào) 5,104,393），請(qǐng)求美國ITC發(fā)布普遍排除令、有限排除令、禁止令。

　　美國國際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)將于立案后45天內(nèi)確定調(diào)查結(jié)束期。除美國貿(mào)易代表基于政策原因否決的情況外，美國國際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)在337案件中發(fā)布的救濟(jì)令自發(fā)布之日生效并于發(fā)布之日后的第60日起具有終局效力。
