2019年3月11日，美國國際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)（ITC）投票決定對(duì)特定集成電路及其產(chǎn)品（Certain Integrated Circuits and Products Containingthe Same）啟動(dòng)337調(diào)查（調(diào)查編碼：337-TA-1148）。

　　2018年12月19日，美國Tela Innovations, Inc., of Los Gatos, CA向美國ITC提出337立案調(diào)查申請(qǐng)，主張對(duì)美出口、在美進(jìn)口和在美銷售的該產(chǎn)品侵犯了其專利權(quán)（美國注冊(cè)專利號(hào)7,943,966、7,948,012、10,141,334、10,141,335、10,186,523），請(qǐng)求美國ITC發(fā)布有限排除令、禁止令。

　　臺(tái)灣地區(qū)Acer, Inc., of New Taipei City, Taiwan、美國Acer America Corporation of San Jose, CA、臺(tái)灣地區(qū)AsusTek Computer Inc. of Taipai, Taiwan、美國Asus Computer International of Fremont, CA、美國Intel Corporation of Santa Clara, CA、中國北京Lenovo Group Ltd. of Beijing, China、美國Lenovo (United States) Inc. of Morrisville, NC、臺(tái)灣地區(qū)Micro-Star International Co., Ltd., of New Taipei City, Taiwan、美國MSI Computer Corp. of City of Industry, CA為列名被告。

　　美國國際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)將于立案后45天內(nèi)確定調(diào)查結(jié)束期。除美國貿(mào)易代表基于政策原因否決的情況外，美國國際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)在337案件中發(fā)布的救濟(jì)令自發(fā)布之日生效并于發(fā)布之日后的第60日起具有終局效力。
