2019年2月13日，美國國際貿(mào)易委員會（ITC）發(fā)布公告稱，對化油器及包含化油器的產(chǎn)品（Certain Carburetors and Products Containing SuchCarburetors，案件號337-TA-1123）作出337調(diào)查部分終裁：對本案行政法官于2019年1月29日作出的初裁（Order No. 34）不予復(fù)審，即基于和解終止對美國 Buffalo Corporation of O’Fallon, MO、美國Target Corporation of Minneapolis, MN的調(diào)查。

　　2018年12月4日，美國國際貿(mào)易委員會（ITC）發(fā)布337調(diào)查部分終裁：對本案行政法官于2018年11月29日作出的初裁（Order No. 31）不予復(fù)審，即基于和解終止對美國FNA Group, Inc., of Pleasant Prairie, WI的調(diào)查。

　　2018年11月28日，美國國際貿(mào)易委員會（ITC）發(fā)布終裁：對本案行政法官于2018年11月6日作出的初裁（Order No. 29、30）不予復(fù)審，即分別基于同意令終止對美國North American Tool Industries of Huntington, IN、美國Amerisun Inc. of Itasca, IL的調(diào)查，并分別發(fā)布一項(xiàng)同意令。

　　2018年10月2日，美國國際貿(mào)易委員會（ITC）發(fā)布終裁：對本案行政法官于2018年9月12日作出的初裁（Order No. 18）不予復(fù)審，即基于同意令，終止對中國福建Fujian Hualong Carburetor Co., Ltd., of China的調(diào)查。

　　2018年7月17日，美國國際貿(mào)易委員會（ITC）投票決定對特定化油器及包含化油器的產(chǎn)品（Certain Carburetors and Products Containing SuchCarburetors）啟動337調(diào)查（調(diào)查編碼：337-TA-1123）。

　　2018年6月14日，美國Walbro, LLC OF Tucson, Arizona向美國ITC提出337立案調(diào)查申請，主張對美出口、在美進(jìn)口和在美銷售的該產(chǎn)品侵犯了其專利權(quán)（美國注冊專利號6,394,424、6,439,547、6,533,254、6,540,212、7,070,173），請求美國ITC發(fā)布普遍排除令、有限排除令、禁止令。
