2017年9月19日，美國Cotton Babies, Inc.根據(jù)《美國1930年關(guān)稅法》第337節(jié)規(guī)定向美國際貿(mào)易委員會再次提出申請，主張對美出口、在美進口及銷售的特定可重復(fù)使用尿布 (Certain Reusable Diapers, Components Thereof, and Products Containing the Same)侵犯了其專利權(quán)，請求美國ITC發(fā)布普遍排除令、有限排除令及禁止令。中國Alvababy.com 、Shenzhen Adsel Trading Co., Ltd.（經(jīng)營名稱為Alva）和Huizhou Huapin Garment Co., Ltd涉案。
