本環(huán)保署（EPA）通知宣布一項(xiàng)建議對(duì)不同食品內(nèi)或上的某些殺蟲(chóng)劑化學(xué)物規(guī)定法規(guī)的申請(qǐng)。 環(huán)保署收悉四項(xiàng)關(guān)于殺蟲(chóng)劑的申請(qǐng)，建議根據(jù)FFDCA第section 408(d)節(jié)，21 U.S.C. 第346a(d)條要求，修改40 CFR部分180.516，對(duì)以下農(nóng)業(yè)原料產(chǎn)品（RACS）內(nèi)/表的殘留物fludioxonil (4-(2,2-difluoro-1,3- benzodioxol-4-yl)- 1H-pyrrole-3-carbonitrile)按每百萬(wàn)含顆粒數(shù)，分別規(guī)定不同的限量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)： the first petition proposes the establishment of a tolerance for the bushberry subgroup, lingonberry, juneberry, and salal at 2.0 ppm; the second petition proposes the establishment of a tolerance for watercress at 7.0 ppm; the third petition proposes the establishment of a tolerance for pistachio at 0.10 ppm and the fourth proposes the establishment of a tolerance for the caneberry subgroup at 5.0 ppm. EPA has determined that the petitions contain data or information regarding the elements set forth in section 408(d)(2) of the FFDCA; however, EPA has not fully evaluated the sufficiency of the submitted data at this time or whether the data support granting of the petitions.
