This letter is to all Toys“R”Us, Inc. (“TRU”) BRU/Juvenile and FAO
Vendor Partners to further elaborate the changes to the Toys“R”Us
global testing program. TRU has now approved Intertek labs for the
testing of BRU Juvenile and FAO products for both Branded and Private
Label Vendors.

Effective Date: The changes mentioned below will go into effect for Fall
2014 development. (i.e. effective immediately)

CHANGES TO PROGRAM ~

Private Brand and National Brand Testing

1. All Vendors in the following Toys“R”Us Worlds are now approved to test with Intertek:

    -    Core Toys
    -    Learning
    -    E&E (Electronics & Entertainment)
    -    BRU Juvenile ~ NEW
    -    FAO* ~ NEW

2. All Vendors in the following Toys“R”Us Worlds will continue to exclusively test with Intertek until further notice:
    -    Seasonal, which includes, but is not limited to
             Wheeled Goods
             Sporting and Outdoor
             Pools, Water Activity & Snow
             Garden & Sand Toys
             Holiday Items (Easter/Valentines, Halloween,
             Christmas & Chanukah)
             Candy & Party Favors

Intertek is accredited to independently test your products to established
standards for JPMA 2.0 Certification.

*FAO Business is solely for US distribution.
