2020年4月，歐盟委員會(huì)起草歐盟法規(guī)，將修訂REACH法規(guī)（(EC) No 1907/2006）附錄XVII。這些修訂尚未生效。以下是修訂的要點(diǎn)：
修訂第3項(xiàng)（被認(rèn)為是危險(xiǎn)的液體物質(zhì)或混合物）
1. 將刪除此項(xiàng)中的“R65”危險(xiǎn)警語(yǔ)（限制的第3、5和第7點(diǎn)）。
2. 將刪除第6點(diǎn)中關(guān)于歐洲化學(xué)品管理局(ECHA)準(zhǔn)備的卷宗的限制。
修訂第22項(xiàng)（五氯苯酚）
此項(xiàng)將被刪除。
修訂第28、29和30項(xiàng)（被分類為第1A類或第1B類的致癌物質(zhì)、第1A類或第1B類的致基因突變的物質(zhì)以及第1A類或第1B類的生殖毒性物質(zhì)）
此三項(xiàng)限制將不適用于歐盟法規(guī)(EU) 2017/45所涵蓋的設(shè)備。

修訂第67項(xiàng)（十溴聯(lián)苯醚(decaBDE)）
