Administrative Rules on the Recall of Vehicle for Environmental Protection

The SAMR and the MEE jointly drafted this regulation to implement the Law of Air Pollution Control, to regulate vehicle recall for environmental protection, to control air pollution, to protect environment and human health and clarify information reporting obligation of vehicle producers, defect investigation and recall implementation procedures, regulatory duties and legal responsibility.
