2019年7月15日，巴西經(jīng)濟部發(fā)布2019年7月12日第495號公告，對原產(chǎn)于中國大陸、臺灣地區(qū)和韓國的進口無取向硅鋼（葡語：laminados planos de a?o aosilício, denominados magnéticos, de gr?os n?o orientados (a?o GNO)）作出第一次反傾銷日落復(fù)審肯定性終裁，決定繼續(xù)對涉案產(chǎn)品征收為期5年的反傾銷稅：中國大陸為90.00~166.32美元/噸，韓國為132.50 ~166.32美元/噸，臺灣地區(qū)為90.00~166.32美元/噸，決議自公告發(fā)布之日起生效。具體措施詳見下表。涉案產(chǎn)品的南共市稅號為7225.19.00和7226.19.00。
2012年4月19日，巴西對原產(chǎn)于中國大陸、臺灣地區(qū)和韓國的進口無取向硅鋼啟動反傾銷立案調(diào)查。2013年7月17日，巴西調(diào)查機關(guān)發(fā)布第49號決議，開始對中國大陸、臺灣地區(qū)和韓國涉案產(chǎn)品征收為期5年的反傾銷稅。2018年7月16日，巴西對中國大陸、臺灣地區(qū)和韓國涉案產(chǎn)品啟動第一次反傾銷日落復(fù)審立案調(diào)查。
