2017年8月1日，印度商工部反傾銷局發(fā)布公告稱，對原產(chǎn)于或進口自中國的充氣子午線輪胎（New/unused pneumatic radial tyres）作出反傾銷肯定性終裁，裁定自中國進口的涉案產(chǎn)品存在傾銷并對印度國內(nèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)造成損害，建議對涉案產(chǎn)品證收245.35-452.33美元/噸的反傾銷稅，稅率詳見附表。本案涉及印度海關(guān)稅目40112010、40131020及40129049稅號項下產(chǎn)品。
2016年5月3日，印度商工部反傾銷局發(fā)布公告，應(yīng)印度國內(nèi)組織Automotive Tyre Manufacturer’s Association (ATMA)代表其成員Apollo Tyres Ltd.、J. K. Tyre Industries Ltd.和Ceat Ltd.提交的申請，決定對自中國進口的充氣子午線輪胎發(fā)起反傾銷調(diào)查。被調(diào)查產(chǎn)品范圍為用于大客車和卡車的名義輪輞直徑大于16英寸的新充氣子午線輪胎，不包括單獨進口的內(nèi)胎和墊帶。該案調(diào)查期為2014年7月至2015年12月。
